To provide an environment that promotes compliance with U.S. copyright and other intellectual property laws, and consistent with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, StreamingCulture® has adopted and implemented the following policies.

Policy on Repeat Infringers

It is the policy of StreamingCulture® to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, services provided to its customers who are repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that copyrighted material hosted by StreamingCulture® violates the rights of any third party, please immediately notify by e-mail the designated agent listed below.
